Jones v. Illinois Employers Insurance of Wausau

The 1979 board awards and the 1996 270th District Court judgment both determined that the appellant's heart condition was compensable as reasonably caused by his job-related finger injury. This determination is final, and the insurer is collaterally estopped from contesting this issue every time the appellant incurs additional medical expenses.
