Hernandez v. Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services

Plaintiffs have failed to present any evidence that demonstrates that no reasonable social worker would have acted as the two TDPRS workers did under similar circumstances. Hence, a jury could not reasonably conclude that the social workers' investigation into allegations of abuse constitutes unreasonable conduct or a failure to perform their official duties.
