Exxon Mobil Corp. v. Valence Operating Co.

By its plain language, the farm out agreement evinces ExxonMobil's agreement to convey its entire interest in a portion of Unit 16 to Wagner & Brown, Ltd.., not to convey its entire interest in the unit or an equal undivided interest to the other parties, as required by Article VIII of the joint operating agreement.
