Continental Airlines Inc. v. International Brotherhood of Teamsters

In light of the facts and holding of er Natural Resources and the authority relied upon in it, the court holds that the standard of review applicable here is the deferential standard of review articulated by the Supreme Court in Misco and employed by the district court below. Therefore, the court rejects Continental's argument that this court is to give no deference to the arbitrator's award.
