The trial court's documents make it clear that relator is being punished for past contempt by an unconditional confinement of 120 days and that upon the confinement's completion, future confinement, if any, would be of a civil, coercive nature until he fulfilled the prescribed conditions for his release. Relator's complaint concerning the criminal-contempt provision cannot serve as a basis for habeas corpus relief.
