The evidence was legally and factually sufficient to support the trial court's conclusion that Delia voluntarily relinquished possession and control of the children to Stephen for a period in excess of his court-ordered periods of possession of the children. Further, the evidence presented at trial was sufficient to support the trial court's conclusion that Stephen provided actual support during the period of voluntary relinquishment and thus was entitled to an offset against the arrearage.
