    Allbritton v. Gillespie, Rozen, Tanner & Watsky, PC, et al.

    The appellant appealed from a summary judgment in his legal malpractice action, asserting the trial court erred in sustaining appellees' objections to his expert affidavits and in granting summary judgment. The court sustained the points of error and reversed the trial court's judgment and remands.
