In Re: Guardianship of Bayne

Texas Probate Code �746 permits the guardian to pay any of the remaining debts of the ward's estate before transferring the estate to the deceased's representative, but only with the court's approval to do so, and it provides a remedy for the representative of the deceased should he allege misapplication of property by the guardian.
