Bryant v. Lucent Technologies Inc.

"The provision of sales leads to dealers by Lucent does not constitute the sale of goods or commodities. Thus, the evidence conclusively negates an element of Bryant's wrongful termination claim, namely, whether Bryant's supervisor directed her to perform an act which would violate the Robinson-Patman Act."
