    Hardy v. Marsh

    Because the plaintiffs gave pre-suit notice of their claims almost a year before filing suit, the trial court could have reasonably believed the plaintiffs already had sufficient time to obtain an adequate report. The trial court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to grant an extension.
