    Laster v. State

    "[W]e examine a defendant's right to have a mistrial declared if the defendant is found to be incompetent to stand trial after the beginning of the trial on the merits. We hold that Laster did not waive his right to complain on appeal regarding the trial court's failure to declare a mistrial."
