Texas Code of Criminal Procedure Article 11.072, �2(b) includes, not excludes, individuals who have completed their term of community supervision as among those individuals who may bring a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to Article 11.072. Article 11.072, �2(b) creates an exception to the general effect of a dismissal under Article 42.12 �5(c).
