Lewis v. Funderburk

Though it is not entirely clear where the line is to be drawn between the denial of a motion to dismiss under Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code �74.351(b) and the granting of an extension under �74.351(c), the defendant is expressly prohibited from bringing an appeal from an order granting such an extension.
