Af-Cap Inc. v. Republic of Congo

The garnishment of nonmonetary obligations is not appropriate under Texas law. Likewise, a turnover order is not an appropriate remedy in this action because the district court did not have personal jurisdiction over the Congo. Finally, the contempt order is not permissible under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
