FACTS:Between 1963 and 1984, Crown Zellerbach Corp. owned a 78-acre tract of land located outside Poplarville, Miss., in an area known as Serenity Lane. Crown Zellerbach later sold the property to appellee Fort James Corp. Fort James sold the land in 1990 to a developer who subdivided the property for home sites.
