    Farwah v. Prosperous Maritime Corp.

    The trial court did not err in granting the special appearances of the four defendants and dismissing them from the underlying suit, because no defendant established sufficient contacts with Texas of such a quality and nature that would expose them to specific or general jurisdiction.
