    Johnson v. Chesnutt

    Because the award of sanctions was not arbitrary, unreasonable or unjust, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in sanctioning Bonnie Johnson for nonsuiting her breach of fiduciary duty suit against the trustee of her daughter's trust to avoid an adverse ruling.
