Flores v. State

The 9th Court of Appeals did not err in affirming the trial court's decision to deny the motion to quash the indictment on equal protection grounds, because evidence at trial was necessary to resolve the question of whether the statute violated Gerardo Flores' right to equal protection by holding him but not his girlfriend responsible for the death of his unborn child.
