Milner v. State

In the state's prosecution of Bruce Glenn Milner for the murder of Leza Maddalone, the extraneous offense acts involving the attempted murder of Debra Sanchez were admissible as same-transaction contextual evidence. Thus, the state did not violate the double jeopardy prohibition when it later prosecuted Milner for the attempted murder of Sanchez.
