Almost a year to the day after they announced their imminent merger, Dallas’ Strasburger & Price and an unknown number of lawyers from San Antonio’s Wells Pinckney & McHugh are in the process of calling it quits.
John Vernon, Strasburger’s managing partner, says the firm is negotiating with Tullos Wells, the leader of the Wells part of the Wells Pinckney group, on the departure of at least part of Strasburger’s 33-lawyer San Antonio office.
