The Commonwealth Court has scheduled a March en banc session to hear arguments over Gov. Tom Wolf's dismissal of the executive director of the Office of Open Records.

The court may have an opportunity to set precedent on whether that action violated the state constitution and the Right-to-Know Law.

President Judge Dan Pellegrini heard arguments in Arneson v. Wolf on Wednesday regarding former OOR Executive Director Erik Arneson's application for injunction. Following arguments, Pellegrini and the parties involved agreed that the case should be heard by a full panel of the court March 11, providing an expedited process.
