Although some large firms have reported a lag in litigation, and even some talk of layoffs, several midsize and smaller Pennsylvania firms are seeing an uptick.
While the overall litigation activity for the firms depended largely on the sectors involved and the firm’s location, litigation boutiques, insurance defense and plaintiffs firms all reported seeing strong litigation, or even an increase, in 2014.
