A man who was fired after posting disparaging comments on his employer's Facebook page has gotten his case sent back to state court.

A man who was fired after posting disparaging comments on his employer's Facebook page has gotten his case sent back to state court.
Eric Nikolaison brought a suit against Schneider's Dairy, where he had worked until September of last year, in the Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County earlier this year. But Schneider's removed it to federal court soon after.
Schneider's fired Nikolaison last year after he posted comments about the company and its executives on Facebook during work hours, according to court papers.
