Jefferson Health System's former general counsel has joined Elliott Greenleaf.
David F. Simon, who most recently served as executive vice president and chief legal officer at JHS, has joined the Blue Bell-based firm as a senior shareholder and a co-chairman of the executive board. Simon is expected to focus his practice on health care and complex litigation, chairman John M. Elliott said.
“We've always had a very high regard for Dave's ability and integrity,” Elliott said. “He's got a lot of experience, and he's got a lot of insights into the future of the health care industry.”
