Neil A. Morris of Offit Kurman was appointed as labor counsel for Plainfield Township in Northampton County.
Morris specializes in management-side labor and employment law and has represented government agencies in Pennsylvania for more than 25 years.

Robert G. Dwyer of Knox McLaughlin Gornall & Sennett received the 2015 Louis J. Tullio Community Service Award at the Celebration of Excellence, held by the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership at the Bayfront Convention Center.
Dwyer's practice is concentrated on transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions and mergers of business entities, closely held organizations involved in successorship planning, and the tax analysis of the consequences of these matters.
