Linda Dale Hoffa, a longtime prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the state Attorney General's Office, will soon join Dilworth Paxson to co-lead the firm's corporate investigations and white-collar practice.

Hoffa has spent 29 years as a prosecutor, most recently as a senior executive deputy attorney general in the Attorney General's Office in Harrisburg before stepping down about nine months ago and taking some time off to help plan her daughter's wedding.

Hoffa said Dilworth Paxson vice chairman Stephen Harmelin reached out to her and she liked the opportunity to join a smaller, Philadelphia-based firm as she re-entered private practice. She will join the firm as of counsel July 6.
