An arbitration provision in an employment contract applies to claims under the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law, the state Superior Court has ruled.
In a published opinion, a three-judge panel of the court reversed an order from the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, remanding plaintiff David Provenzano’s breach of contract and WPCL claims for referral to arbitration.
