Post-trial motions in the state-court action that a former Anapol Schwartz attorney lodged against the firm over his scuttled lateral move have been withdrawn.

Post-trial motions in the state-court action that a former Anapol Schwartz attorney lodged against the firm over his scuttled lateral move have been withdrawn.
Plaintiff Jeffrey Downs filed praecipes to withdraw a pending post-trial motion, and a pending cross-motion for sanctions Monday. On Sept. 18, Anapol Schwartz also filed a praecipe to withdraw its motion for sanctions against Downs.
In May, a jury rendered a defense verdict in the case, and a hearing was held earlier this month on the post-trial and sanctions motions.
