The state Supreme Court has said the review of offensive emails it conducted last year did not include information recently provided to the court specifically involving Justice J. Michael Eakin.

The Supreme Court issued a statement Monday saying that its current review of emails from Eakin will address messages that were not part of last year’s review, which had been aimed at uncovering “top jurists” involved in the unfolding scandal over pornographic emails.
