New EEOC rulings are expanding LGBT rights on the job. But what about the “T” in that equation?
Monday at 7 p.m. on the Philadelphia CNN-News affiliate WFMZ-TV, “The American Law Journal” examines “Transgender at Work: How the EEOC Is Impacting LGBT Rights at Work.” Joining host Christopher Naughton is corporate defense counsel Anthony Haller of Blank Rome, plaintiffs counsel Angela Giampolo of the Giampolo Law Group and Scott Goldshaw of Salmanson Goldshaw, and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Mary Tiernan.
In the opening feature report, The Legal's senior staff writer, Gina Passarella, interviews state Rep. Brian Sims, D-Philadelphia, employment law attorney Shannon Farmer of Ballard Spahr and Thomas Ude, legal and public policy director of the Mazzoni Center.
