The National Bar Association Women Lawyers' Division Foundation, Philadelphia chapter (WLD Foundation), announced the 2015 recipients of its Sadie T.M. Alexander Book Fund Scholarships to five African-American female law students in the Philadelphia area.
The foundation awards book fund scholarships to current African-American female law students who display financial need, academic excellence and a demonstrated commitment to the principles of Sadie T.M. Alexander.
The scholarships were presented to second-year law students:
