A former human-resources analyst in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General has filed a federal retaliation suit against the office, Attorney General Kathleen Kane, chief of staff Jonathan Duecker and office spokesman Chuck Ardo, alleging he was fired for recommending that Duecker be terminated for sexual harassment.

In a suit filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, George Moore claims his firing violated the Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law, and alleges a pattern of sexual misconduct and intimidation on Duecker's behalf.

“Defendants terminated plaintiff because of his good-faith report of wrongdoing and in retaliation for his recommendation that defendant Duecker be terminated for sexual harassment that violated OAG policy and federal and state laws,” the complaint alleged.
