Construction law specialists in Pennsylvania have been on the move in recent weeks, particularly among smaller firms. The lawyers gravitated to firms that weren't necessarily larger but that offered a different practice mix.

One small firm was born and several others grew their ranks when Jacoby Donner, which focused on representing individuals and businesses in the construction industry, closed its doors on March 31.

Liam Braber, Christopher McCabe and William Denmark, all from Jacoby Donner, joined forces with Noah Charlson, who recently departed from commercial litigation firm Bazelon Less & Feldman, to form Charlson Braber McCabe & Denmark.
