A disbarred Pennsylvania attorney has been criminally charged for taking money from clients with special needs.

Patrick Bradley was charged with multiple felonies, including dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, theft, receiving stolen property and deceptive business practices. Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele announced the charges Tuesday.

Bradley was arrested and arraigned Monday, and was released on $250,000 bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 2.
