A man who sustained traumatic brain injuries after a tractor-trailer crashed into his car as it was stopped on an Illinois highway is set to receive $9.75 million from a settlement with the trucking company.
The case settled after two weeks of trial in Chief Judge Patrice Tucker of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania’s courtroom.
