William J. Taylor died June 16 in Wynnewood. He was 87.

Taylor was a graduate of Georgetown University Law School and he started his career as an associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in 1957. He became a partner in 1964, then rose to vice chair of Morgan Lewis’ litigation department in the 1970s, according to a release.
