The Public Interest Law Center, a ­nonprofit law firm that advances the civil, social and economic rights of communities in the Philadelphia region facing ­discrimination, inequality and poverty, elected Molly Flynn of Drinker Biddle & Reath and Marian Schneider, special adviser to the Pennsylvania Governor’s Office, to its board of directors.

In addition, the Law Center elected a new slate of officers, including: Lea Knight of J&J Consumer as chair of the board, Ellen Friedell of Reaching Agreement ADR as vice chair, Ellen Meriwether of Cafferty, Clobes, Meriwether & Sprengel as treasurer and Marc Topaz of Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check as secretary.
