A magisterial district judge who was the former top public defender of Monroe County has been hit with ethics charges over his alleged viewing of pornographic videos and images at work in full view of his clerks.
Charges against Monroe County MDJ Michael R. Muth were announced by the state's Judicial Conduct Board on Wednesday afternoon.
The board's complaint alleged that on multiple occasions starting in 2013 Muth watched videos and looked at pictures of naked women performing sexual acts on each other.
