Three more lawyers from Rhoads & Sinon have left the Harrisburg firm, starting their own shop and promising to shake up the traditional law firm model.
Scott Penwell, the former head of Rhoads & Sinon’s insurance practice group, launched the new firm, Penwell Bowman + Curran, with two former Rhoads & Sinon associates, Brandt Bowman and Matthew Curran. All three are based in Harrisburg.
