Foster parents did not have standing to intervene in a dependency proceeding where the goal was reunification and the child was not eligible for adoption.
This case involved a minor child who was taken into foster care. The foster parents sought to intervene in the juvenile dependency proceeding. The court held the foster parents did not have standing to intervene, and the foster parents appealed.
