With councils in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, the Pennsylvania Diversity Council provides opportunities for organizations, professionals and students to learn diversity best practices from corporate leaders.
Nixon, who is based in Philadelphia, practices in the area of employee benefits and executive compensation, counseling executives, plan sponsors and product providers in the design and operation of executive compensation, pension and retirement programs.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
