• Cozen O'Connor will sponsor a “Meet Your Counterparts Networking Reception” on Sept. 14 from 6-8 p.m. at the Rose Tattoo Cafe, 1847 Callowhill St., Philadelphia.
Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served at the cafe named after the Tennessee Williams play “Rose Tattoo.” The family-owned establishment has been in existence since May 1989 and is the winner of the 2014, 2015 and 2016 OpenTable Diners' Choice award for its American Continental Cuisine and informal and casual ambiance.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.
