Locks Law Firm senior partner Marc Weingarten served as a lecturer and on an international panel at Pan European Organisation of Personal Injury Lawyers' 20th annual conference in London.
Weingarten gave a lecture on ways European lawyers can use jurisdictions in the United States to their advantage focusing on jurisdiction, venue and forum non conveniens.
He also was part of an international panel presentation with lawyers from Holland, Spain and Northern Ireland on the topic of mediation in personal injury cases.
