Blank Rome's Steven A. Shoumer, a partner in the firm's real estate group, was inducted as a fellow to the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
Shoumer concentrates his national practice in all aspects of real estate development, where he counsels financial institutions, private equity funds, real estate developers, institutional landlords, commercial tenants and public companies.
He is a member of the firm's Recruiting and Retention Committee, Finance Committee and Technology Committee and previously served as co-chair of the firm's summer program.
Shoumer also serves on the board of directors for Philadelphia VIP and Ryan's Case for Smiles.

Benjamin E. Smith joined the law firm of Leonard, Sciolla, Hutchison, Leonard & Tinari as an associate.
Smith focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice, professional negligence, workers' compensation and commercial litigation.
He is a graduate of Temple University's Beasley School of Law and he earned his bachelor's degree from Arcadia University.
Smith comes to Leonard Sciolla from a personal injury firm where he gained courtroom experience while handling cases.
He gained experience in the field interning for U.S. Magisterial Judge Christopher Cerski of the Montgomery County District Court and during an internship with NFL Films, where he helped license outside footage for use and reviewed contracts.
Smith is a member of both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.

Rawle & Henderson added Corrine E. Williams to its Philadelphia office as an associate.
She concentrates her practice in the area of workers' compensation litigation.
Williams earned her law degree from Temple University's Beasley School of Law in 2016.
While attending law school, Williams worked with Philadelphia Legal Assistance as a custody and support assistance clinic advocate in the family law unit during the summer of 2015.
She served as a judicial intern for Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Judge Rayford A. Means during the fall of 2014.
In addition, Williams was a judicial intern for Luzerne Court of Common Pleas Judge Richard M. Hughes III during the summer of 2014. •
