Kimberly Rice, president/chief strategist of KLA Marketing Associates and author of “Rainmaker Roadmap: A Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Prosperous Business,” presented a CLE program “Integrated Marketing” to the members of the Middlesex County Bar Association.
In her presentation, Rice addressed the power of building a personal brand, the top habits of successful rainmakers and how to prepare for and maximize networking opportunities.
Further, she outlined how to develop a marketing mindset to enhance and grow client relationships.
After nearly 20 years of leading marketing programs in regional Philadelphia law firms, Rice founded KLA Marketing Associates in 2008.

Jasmine Trillos-Decarie, chief business development officer of Stoel Rives, and Gina F. Rubel, president and CEO of Furia Rubel Communications Inc., are scheduled to present “Business Development Differentiation Done Right” at the Legal Marketing Association Northeast region annual conference Nov. 10 at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown.
This program sets to address what differentiation looks like in the legal market place and the various types of differentiation that have been met with successful outcomes from across the United States.
The program will explore: approach, attorney experience, fee structures, geographic location and reach, industry focus and practice area focus, to name a few, with real firm examples of how differentiation is done right.
Trillos-Decarie has spent more than 20 years in marketing and business development at international Am Law 100 and 200 firms and Rubel has spent more than 15 years at the helm of her legal marketing agency.

Dilworth Paxson attorneys Eric Meyer, Matthew Whitehorn and Stephanie Searles, along with Carolyn Lamparella of Preferred EAP, are set to host a seminar on “Preparing for 2018: What Employers Need to Know” at Dilworth Paxson's Center City office 8:30 to 11 a.m. Nov. 7.
This program offers a total of 1.5 Pennsylvania and New Jersey CLE credits.
Meyer is a member of the labor and employment practice group and chair of the social media practice group at Dilworth Paxson.
Whitehorn works with clients on a broad range of benefits matters and has spent over 25 years focusing his practice on Employee Retirement Income Security Act issues.
Searles is an associate in the tax, employee benefits and trusts estates departments.

Stewart added Francesca Fiamingo to its Philadelphia commercial services team as underwriting counsel.
In this role, Fiamingo will be responsible for providing underwriting support and expertise to clients on a national level.
Fiamingo brings to Stewart experience as an attorney focusing on title and real estate.
Most recently, she served at Duane Morris where she represented national lenders in real estate interests including title review, correcting title defects and enforcing/foreclosing security interests.
She is experienced in examining title reports, commitments, preparing settlements statements and resolving title issues.
