Warfel has tried or settled hundreds of nursing home cases during her nearly two-decade career.
She focuses her practice on representing victims and their families with claims of abuse, injury or death while under the care of a nursing home or other long-term care facility.
Warfel is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.

As part of Young Involved Philadelphia's State of Young Philly event series, Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads is scheduled to host a panel titled “Born and Raised in Philadelphia: Raising Startup Capital Outside of Silicon Valley” Tuesday at 6 p.m.

He represents all types of business and nonprofit ­entities in an array of matters, including unfair competition, trademark infringement, ­violation of non-competition, nondisclosure and non-solicitation agreements, fraud, breach of contract, real estate construction and shareholder disputes.
A significant part of Dahan's practice includes representing condominium and homeowner associations.
He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.
