Warfel has tried or settled hundreds of nursing home cases during her nearly two-decade career.
She focuses her practice on representing victims and their families with claims of abuse, injury or death while under the care of a nursing home or other long-term care facility.
Warfel is a graduate of Rutgers Law School.

The morning program, with firm partner Michael S. Cohen set to present, will discuss the hiring process, with special attention to how to legally conduct background checks, what information properly can be considered and common pitfalls made by employers throughout the process.
The use of social networking websites, credit checks and criminal checks will be examined in detail.
This program is designed for human resources professionals, in-house counsel and senior managers.
James R. Redeker is scheduled to present the afternoon program that'll provide an overview of issues for employers to neutralize or otherwise protect against the problems raised by termination of a high-risk employee.

As part of Young Involved Philadelphia's State of Young Philly event series, Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads is scheduled to host a panel titled “Born and Raised in Philadelphia: Raising Startup Capital Outside of Silicon Valley” Tuesday at 6 p.m.
The featured panelists of angel investors and venture capitalists will discuss the complexities of term sheets and working with investors, with topics including the terms and concepts every entrepreneur should understand, how set terms impact later decisions, and how to negotiate a term sheet that aligns with your overall goals.
Scheduled panelists include:

He represents all types of business and nonprofit entities in an array of matters, including unfair competition, trademark infringement, violation of non-competition, nondisclosure and non-solicitation agreements, fraud, breach of contract, real estate construction and shareholder disputes.
A significant part of Dahan's practice includes representing condominium and homeowner associations.
He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
