Jillian Stein joined the law firm of Kluger Healey as of counsel.
Stein concentrates on the defense of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, defamation and wrongful discharge claims and investigates workplace issues and complaints.
In addition, she has experience representing clients at various phases of federal and state litigation, as well as internal investigations, government investigations and corporate compliance, relating to issues arising under, for example, the federal anti-kickback statute, the False Claims Act, the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the Sherman Act.
Stein has experience conducting training on the avoidance of insider trading and compliance with securities laws.
She has also drafted policies for employers relating to employee trading and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Scialabba is a 2017 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was also active in providing pro bono legal assistance to indigent persons and veterans on health care issues.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young insurance financial and regulatory specialist Stephen J. Johnson was named the 2017 Person of the Year by the Association of Insurance & Reinsurance Run-Off Cos. at the 13th annual Commutations and Networking Forum on Oct. 16 in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Johnson, who previously served as deputy insurance commissioner of the Pennsylvania Insurance Department, advises on insurance and insurer-related financial transactions with a focus on identifying and addressing insurance regulatory issues.
He works with clients on the insurance regulatory implications of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures; implementation of new regulatory requirements; reviewing transactional documents for insurance regulatory issues and possible alternatives; designing and developing presentations to regulators; and creating and assessing workout options for troubled companies.
