Harold Berger, a managing principal of Berger & Montague, was honored by the University of Pennsylvania Law School as the recipient of Penn Law School's Lifetime Commitment Award.
Berger serves as a member of the board of overseers of Penn's School of Engineering and Applied Science, as chair of the Friends of Penn's Biddle Law Library and as a member of the executive board of Penn Law's Center for Ethics and the Rule of Law.
At Berger & Montague, Berger is a senior partner and managing principal of the firm and serves on its executive committee.

McNees Wallace & Nurick paralegal Beth Bell presented at the Harrisburg Area Community College.
Bell, of McNees Wallace's corporate and tax and state and local tax practice groups, spoke to HACC's paralegal students on certification, regulation, paralegal organizations and the importance of networking in central Pennsylvania.
Bell joined McNees Wallace in 2012.
She offers general support, helps to manage cases and oversees document productions.
She is on the advisory board at Central Penn College, providing advice to its legal department regarding its degree program, along with insights on the practice of law.
She is also a member of the Central Pennsylvania Paralegal Association where she serves as the second vice president on the board of directors.

Jamie M. Jamison of Antheil Maslow & MacMinn and Kelley M. Fazzini of Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller, are set to co-chair the 10th annual Toby L. Dickman seminar titled “The Intersection Between Mental Health and Family Law.”
The seminar is sponsored by the Montgomery Bar Association and is scheduled to take place from 8:30 a.m. to noon Friday in Courtroom A of the Montgomery County Courthouse.
The seminar will provide an overview of the mental health issues affecting the practice of family law with in-depth discussions regarding mental health disorders and addiction disorders of litigants and children arising in custody, support, equitable distribution and protection from abuse matters.
The perspectives of judges, masters, mental health professionals, education professionals and experienced family law practitioners will be presented.
The seminar is approved for three-and-a-half CLE credits.

The Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel's executive committee announced the following endorsements for Philadelphia Bar Association contested leadership positions:
• Jennifer Coatsworth for assistant secretary and Natalie Klyashtorny for
assistant treasurer.
• Benjamin Barnett, Meghan Claiborne, Francesca Iacovangelo, Nicholas Kamau and Michael van der Veen for board of governors.
• Kevin Dermody, Jahlee Hatchett, Ernest Holtzheimer, Jason Poore and Arly Smith-Pearson for the Young Lawyers Division's executive committee.
PADC's executive committee also recognized uncontested candidates retired Judge A. Michael
Snyder for vice chancellor, Marc Zucker for secretary and Regina Foley for treasurer. •

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
