Several defendants have been dismissed from a personal injury lawsuit filed against the Greyhound bus company over injuries sustained in a crash
U.S. District Judge C. Darnell Jones of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania granted both the plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment based on the doctrine of collateral estoppel and additionally, defendants C.A.V. Enterprise, LLC and Akos Gubica motion to dismiss based on collateral estoppel.
In his opinion, Jones the accident, which occurred on Interstate 80 westbound from Union County when the bus and a truck collided, has resulted in multiple lawsuits from plaintiffs among the bus' 46 passengers.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Nathaniel M. Gorton, is 1:24-cv-12522, Austen v. Cohen et al.
