David A. Nasatir moderated a panel for the Center City Proprietors Association's “Meet the Developers” event.

Nasatir is chair of the business and ­finance department at Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel and serves on the firm's management committee.

The “Meet the Developers” discussion focused on current construction developments in Philadelphia, the rationale behind the site selection process, challenges to construction and the anticipated impact of various projects on the city's overall ­economic growth and quality of life.

Nasatir practices in the areas of corporate, real estate and public finance.

His clients range from small family owned businesses to some of the largest financial institutions in the United States.

Jessica Pritchard, a partner with Antheil Maslow & MacMinn in Doylestown, participated as a panelist in a Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE program titled “Family Law 101” in Philadelphia.

The program is designed for lawyers who are new to the practice or stepping into the family law field, and provides an overview of the challenges faced, tools needed and other valuable insights and resources for new practitioners.

Pritchard chairs the firm's family law practice group, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including ­divorce, child custody and support, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

She has experience working with high net worth individuals experiencing dissolution of their marriage or partnership.

On Dec. 5, Priscilla Jimenez spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's CLE program titled “Lights, Camera, Evidence!”

Jimenez led the panel discussions on the topics of medical causation and learned treatises.

Jimenez is an attorney at the law firm of Kline & Specter.

At the firm, Jimenez concentrates her legal practice on mass torts and personal injury litigation.
She joined Kline & Specter after gaining experience with a federal civil rights office, a Philadelphia hospital and another city law firm while also an active leader in the Hispanic legal community.

Announcements

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young teamed up with the Norwood-Fontbonne Academy community to collect donations for the ­annual Thanksgiving food drive, providing 20 boxes of food along with a turkey and pie to families in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.

The Norwood-Fontbonne Academy ­students decorated the boxes and helped with the deliveries. •
